Turnaround starts once we have received a complete order form from our online store, a
full payment for your job and have your print ready artwork uploaded or approved.
Turnaround time does not include shipping time, and you should allow additional
business days for delivery based on the shipping method you selected. Also we are not
opened on weekends or holidays so you should not include these days in your turnaround
time.
